We are pleased to partner with Smith's Log Smokehouse to offer this perfect addition to your holiday table. Tender and slightly salty with an herb rub, we loved our test run of smoked salmon on crackers with goat cheese, in omelets, on sandwiches, and more.
Individual, cold smoked portions are about 6oz or greater. Individual smoked portions are available for pickup in any amount or delivery for orders of $100. Make sure to select your pickup or delivery date and time, and put it in your calendar.
Save on shipping by choosing a pickup date at the Machias Marketplace Wednesday through Saturday or Bangor's European Market on Saturdays through early May. Make sure to select your pickup or delivery date and time on checkout, and put it in your calendar.

Your order will be delivered to your shipping address on your selected delivery date. We cannot deliver to a PO box. Please plan to have someone there to accept the order and room in your freezer for your fish.
