Sockeye Salmon with Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Herb Aioli

Just smear the fish with aioli and bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes for fillets/ 10 to 12 minutes for portions. If you're cooking the fish frozen, rinse it first, bake for a few minutes, then add the aioli and continue baking.

Stonewall Kitchen is a Maine business that makes amazing condiments. You can find their Lemon Herb Aioli on their website here!
