Sockeye Salmon with Stonewall Kitchen Lemon Herb Aioli

Just smear the fish with aioli and bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes for fillets/ 10 to 12 minutes for portions. If you're cooking the fish frozen, rinse it first, bake for a few minutes, then add the aioli and continue baking.

Sockeye Salmon with Chili and Panko Bread Crumbs

Rub the fish with lime juice and cover with panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and your favorite chili powder. If you like a little heat, sprinkle with chipotle powder for a warm, smoky flavor. If you're cooking the fillet frozen, rinse it first, bake for 5 minutes, then add the toppings and continue baking.
